1. Refunds - At this time, all sales are final 
2. Exchanges - If your item is damaged upon arrival please contact us within 7 days of arrival with photos of the damage and I will do my best to replace the item 
3. Product Care - Each piece is delicate and made with glass and gemstones and should be handled with care. Please avoid water or swimming with your product.
